Therapeutic Approach

Gestalt, in a nutshell, is a dialogic and relational approach. This means that I believe in and focus on the relationship and the honest dialogue between client and counsellor.

I am also trained in the psychoanalytic approach. in this approach I value the notions that it is important to see the old patterns which have their origins in early childhood and early relationships to better understand some deep and unconscious mechanisms.
