Welcome to my website. I am qualified Gestalt Counsellor for adults and I have trained in Psychoanalytic Studies to work with adolescents, I am working in Manor Gardens (Holloway, Hornsey, Crouch End), and Central London (NW1).
It is always a good opportunity to get in touch with a therapist if you never have found the right moment to do so.
Deciding to begin counselling shows a commitment to do something for yourself: to look after your needs and to become clearer and more aware of what is happening to you in your life and relationships. I offer you a safe and non-judgemental environment in which to express your thoughts and feelings.
Therapy is a powerful agent of change and I am deeply committed to supporting my clients in this work. I work with adults and adolescents (12-18 years old) with problems of anxiety, stress, depression, self-harm, low mood and lack of motivation or with issues of diversity or difference. I offer open-ended or short-term work always with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
It is a difficult period we are living in, the latest pandemic COVID-19 has made us more lonely and the future is uncertain and scary for most of us. This is a situation that can aggravate already present issues and maybe make us aware of them. It is a good time for therapy, as an opportunity to explore your issues more and learn how to support yourself.
